At XLearner our client’s funds are held in a segregated account away from the firm’s own accounts at reputable EU banking institutions. This ensures that client funds cannot be used for any other purpose.

4.Are client Funds of XLearner insured?

Rynat Trading Ltd is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund (ICF). The ICF came into being in 2002, in line with the Investment Firms Law of 2002 and the European Directive 93/22/EC. Cyprus Investment Firms (CIFs) are obliged to participate in the Investor Compensation Fund as part of their regulatory requirements. The objective of the Fund is to secure any claims of covered clients against members of the Fund, and to compensate them for any claims arising either from an inability of a member of the Fund to fulfil its obligations, or from any wrongdoing on the part of the member of the Fund. The ICF insures customer deposits up to €20,000 per client.

Rynat Trading Ltd offers Negative Balance Protection to its clients as part of the Client Agreement, thereby ensuring that clients cannot lose more than their overall investment.

7.What trading platforms do you offer?

Micro Trading App that can be downloaded from our website, Google Play for Android users and the App Store for iPhone users, please download from download.

8.Which countries do you accept for opening account with XLearner?

Rynat Rynat Trading Ltd does not offer its services to residents of certain jurisdictions such as the USA, Cuba, Canada, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Iran, Iraq and Syria.

1.How do I open a trading account?

You can open an account very easily. Download the XLearner App via Android and IOS and register and account, alternatively, you can register via our website on XLearner.

2.What documents do I need to submit?

XLearner requires that you submit identification documents which are not limited to:

1)International Passport or National ID

2)Proof of residence i.e. Utility Bill (not later than 6-months)

3)Proof of Payment.

Kindly note that XLearner may require additional forms and documentation that may be needed to complete the application process.

3.What account currencies are offered when opening a trading account?

You can open a trading account in EUR.

4.What leverage is offered?

Leverage offered is from 1:2 to 1:30 .

The Leverage we offer is based on your knowledge and experience.

5.How can I change my account leverage?

1.What currencies can I use to fund my account?

All trading accounts are held in EUR; therefore, deposited funds transferred in alternative currencies will be automatically converted to the trading account base currency at the exchange rates of XLearner.

2.How can I deposit funds into my account?

Deposit can be done via Bank Wire transfer, Credit Card, Debit Card and Alternative Payment Methods.

3. Do you have a minimum deposit amount?

First deposit is from €5.

4.How do I withdraw my funds?

To be able to withdraw your funds on your XLearner trading account, simply access your XLearner Portal and initiate your withdrawal from the designated tab and proceed to complete the online form. The processing of the withdrawal request takes up to 1 business day. Please see withdrawal for more information.

The Company does not charge you any additional fees for deposits, however there are charges for withdrawals. Please see the withdrawal charges here. In addition, it may be the case that you face charges from your Bank depending on the exchange rates of the day.

To fund your account with us, log in to XLearner portal by using your log in credentials that were send to you via email when registered with XLearner, proceed to Deposit funds and click your choice of deposit method from the list available. Yes, the maximum transaction amount for your deposit or withdrawal through VISA/MASTERCARD is €50,000. However, your debit or credit card may be set for amount limits by acquired bank.

16.If I deposit through VISA/MASTERCARD, do you require me to provide any documents?

Yes. If funds have been deposited via a debit/credit card, we may require a scanned clear copy of your credit/debit card (front and back). The cardholder’s name, bank of issue and expiry dates, and the first six and last 4 digits of the card should be visible on the scanned copy; CVV number should be covered. Or, a credit/debit card statement with the same alternations mentioned.

17.Do you accept third party deposits?

No. XLearner will only accept deposited funds from the account/credit card holder who carries the same identity with his/her XLearner trading account. Our company will NOT accept funds via a third party.

Currencies are quoted in pairs, each being represented by a three-letter code . The first currency in the pair is known as the base currency, the second currency in the pair is known as the quote currency. The figure provided in an exchange rate refers to how much of the quote currency is required to purchase a unit of the base currency.

Floating spreads vary throughout the day, depending on market volatility and available liquidity.

4.What is a CFD?

A CFD, or contract for difference, is an agreement that allows you to speculate on the value of a financial instrument without having to purchase it outright and take possession of it. In a CFD contract, if the value of the instrument in question is higher when the agreement is closed than it was when it was purchased, the seller must pay the difference to the buyer, if the value is lower the buyer must pay the difference to the seller.

Leverage allows traders to make larger investments than their initial risk capital will allow. For instance, a trader using 1:30 leverage can control a €30,000 investment with €1,000. .

Pending orders are placed orders pending execution until price action reaches their assigned price levels. Buy Limit, Buy Stop, Sell Limit, Sell Stop, Take Profit and Stop Loss are pending orders.

A pending limit order to buy at a price lower than current price.

8.What is a Buy Stop?

A pending stop order to buy at a price above the current price.

9.What is a Sell Limit?

A pending limit order to sell at a price above the current price.

We charge:

Forex: 0.04 EUR for every 100 Base Units

Gold: 0.40 EUR for every 1 unit (1 Oz)

Silver: 0.40 EUR for every 50 units (50 Oz)

USOIL:0.60 EUR per 10 units(10 BBL)

The Swap Calculation is as follows:Swap = Lot Size * Swap Rate * Number of Nights

18.What are the trading hours in the App?

The trading hours in the App are 00:05 to 23:50 Monday to Friday GMT+2 and during DST GMT+3.

19.What is the Stop Out level in the App?

When your account's Equity reaches 50% of your Used margin , the system will automatically close out positions. The system will start closing positions that have the highest loss until the ratio is greater than 50%.

20.What is the Maximum No. Of Lots do you allow in my trading account?

The Maximum number of lots per trade is 200 lots.

21.What is your spread?

We offer floating spreads. Spreads may be subject to change according to market conditions. You are advised to be aware of any market announcement and any other conditions which may result in increase in spread.

22.How is my profit calculated?

To calculate the profit after the trade, first you must find out the difference between the open and the close price, the direction of the trade (buy or sell) multiplying it with the lot size.

For example: A sell position on GBPUSD: (open - close price) * lot size. If you sell 1 lot of 15000 GBPUSD @ 1.3050 and you close the position when the price is 1.2950. Then the profit is (1.3050-1.2950) * 15000= 136 EUR (1EUR = 1.1 USD). This trade had 100 pips movement, which means if you multiply the pip movement with the pip value as per the table above you will arrive at the same result, (100pips * €1.36 pip value) = €136. Keep in mind that commissions and swaps are not included in this calculation.

23.Do you allow hedging?

Yes, we do. You are free to hedge your positions on your trading account. Hedging takes place when you open a LONG and a SHORT position on the same instrument simultaneously. The maximum number of lots per trade is 10 lots and the maximum number of lots on a per symbol basis is 20 lots, which means you can have a maximum of 10 lots buy and 10 lots sell.

24.Do you have slippage?

Due to price movements in the underlying Financial Instruments, it is possible that our prices may move quickly and erratically from one level to another. This is known as gapping and can arise in periods of low liquidity and high volatility (such as, for example, after a profit warning by a corporate in whose shares you may be invested in via the CFD or immediately after the release of economic data). Rynat is obligated to take necessary steps to keep an orderly market in any of the underlying Financial Instruments for which it offers CFDs to mitigate effects of slippage.
